This guitar is a custom built guitar for Nicholas C. Guitars. The workshop where this guitar was made is humidity controlled through-out the entire build. It features a solid AAA sitka top, solid curly white oak back and sides, Hand-carved Philippines ebony bridge and ebony fingerboard with mother of pearl "House Lizard " logo, premium gold machine heads. The neck is a five piece lamination of Philippines mahogan, ebony, and "lanka" with ebony side marker dots. Bone nut and saddle. It has beautiful Australian Paua and oak rosette, Australian Paua and Philippines ebony wood binding through-out. The sitka top and oak body give this guitar a nice rich blues tone with nice mids and twinkling trebles. Oak has a very surprising tonal quality, with rich trebles and warm mids and a nice solid bottom end, a fingerpickers delight. This guitar is of the highest quality throughout. This is a one of a kind, completely hand-built, custom instrument where high tolerances and exacting detail give it a unique quality in beauty and tone. Hard case included.
